NO SMOKING of any kind, inside the house or on the property
QUIET TIME in bedrooms is 11pm-7:30am; there are often guests coming from other time zones. If you want to socialize, use the family room or living room, but still maintain a respectful noise level

LATE ARRIVAL (after 10:30pm) and EARLY DEPARTURES (before 6:30a) require approval so I can manage the process in a way that respects the needs of other guests

NO PARTIES and no visitors without prior authorization.
​
NO MEALS/EATING in the rooms; please ask to use the table
BATHROOM Always run the shower fan. Wipe don’t the inside of the glass with the bath mat towel at the end of the last shower of the day! Don’t flush ANYTHING down toilets other than toilet paper. PLEASE don’t use the towels for make up removal; use the provided wipes!!!
KITCHEN Is not to be used under any circumstances; please don’t take things or put things in the refrigerator without asking.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS are on both second floor landings and near the refrigerator in the third floor suite
