COVID All guests must provide copies of Vaccination Cards and be willing to wear mask or distance if there are any higher risk guests.
NO SMOKING of any kind, inside the house or on the property
QUIET TIME in bedrooms is 10:30pm; there are often guests coming from other time zones. If you want to socialize, ask to use the family room
NO MEALS/EATING in the rooms; please ask to use the table
BATHROOM Always run the shower fan. Wipe don’t the inside of the glass with the bath mat towel at the end of the last shower of the day! Don’t flush ANYTHING down toilets other than toilet paper. PLEASE don’t use the towels for make up removal; use the provided wipes!!!
KITCHEN Is not to be used under any circumstances; please don’t take things or put things in the refrigerator without asking.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS are on both second floor landings and near the refrigerator in the third floor suite
