RESERVATION POLICY,  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

                                  FULL REFUND if the room gets re-booked up to 2 days before arrival.. This happens more than not.

                                  If the room is not rebooked, the following terms apply

                                    

                                   70% refund if cancelled   7 days prior to arrive and room isn't re-booked  (fullly rebated if room gets rented)

                                   60% if cancelled   6- 5 ...............................................................          (fullly rebated if room gets rented)     

                                   20f% if cancelled  4-3 ...............................................................          (fully rebated if room gets rented)

                                  No refund if cancellation 2 or less days before arrival .............          (fully rebated if room gets rented)

                                   NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES

                                                    SPECIFIC CANCELLATION POLICY AND TERMS WILL BE ON YOUR RESERVATION DOCUMENT

                                               

One-night stays may be possible , but may be subject to a surcharge; please inquire. As a 'very small business' we hope you can appreciate our policy
SURCHARGES may also apply for very early arrivals or late arrivals (beyond the standard times, as above) so please ask.

RESPONSIBILITIES​
By making  a reservation you agree that you are responsible for any damages to the home and its contents; please be appropriately careful.
All guests agree to indemnity, defend, and hold harmless host and The Fiddlehead Fern from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses,
including but not limited to attorney's fees. By checking in you agree that the premises are safe as is and as such you assume all risks.
